Artley Clarinets?

Does anyone know if Artley Clarinets are any good?

I really do not know. I recommend Vito Bundy, Selmer and for beginners. If you want a clarinet intermediate or professional model that I recommend Leblanc and the brand I have is Andre Chabot.
